What is Tech Therapy?
Tech therapy is like traditional therapy, except our goal is to improve your relationship with the technology in your life. Like actual relationships, sometimes you need to bring in an expert who can offer a fresh perspective.

If this is your first session (or your first session in a long time), I like to start by looking over your computer to watch out for a few common issues. It's a little bit like taking your vitals when you go to see a doctor. After that, we can start to attack your list of questions.
